Wayfinder: Online Therapy for Expats, Immigrants
and Third Culture Grownups

Laura Farha, MSW, MDiv

“Maybe you had to leave in order to really miss a place; maybe you had to travel to figure out how beloved your starting point was.”

- Jodi Picoult (Handle With Care)

Hi, I’m Laura, and Wayfinder is my online therapy practice.

Confidential online therapy is a journey undertaken by two people; one a compassionate guide well-versed in the theory and practice of relational, attachment-focused, psychodynamic psychotherapy; the other a brave and willing seeker with a longing and motivation to gain clarity, to feel better, to heal what might feel broken.

I work with clients all over the world, especially the Middle East and California. I specialize in therapy for expats, cross-cultural issues, trauma, relationships, depression, anxiety and menopause-related issues.

I bring my professional, academic and personal experience; you bring your stories, courage, and self-expertise. Together we voyage toward a deeper and more coherent understanding of why, who and where you are and the journey itself becomes the repair.
